Biography

Ji Mingli, Associate Chief Physician, is the Head of the Oculoplastic and Aesthetic Ophthalmology Group, Department of Ophthalmology, Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University. Dr. Ji has been engaged in clinical ophthalmology for nearly 20 years and has extensive clinical experience. In 2007, Dr. Ji pursued advanced studies in oculoplastic and aesthetic ophthalmology at the Department of Ophthalmology, Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; in 2009, Dr. Ji pursued advanced studies in strabismus and amblyopia at Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital. Dr. Ji has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common ophthalmic diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, and fundus diseases. Dr. Ji is particularly skilled in oculoplastic surgery, including double-eyelid surgery, eye-bag removal, ptosis correction, surgery for lacrimal duct diseases, orbital implant placement after enucleation, surgery for eyelid tumors, pterygium, and orbital tumors, as well as the treatment of pediatric strabismus and amblyopia. Dr. Ji has published multiple papers in domestic and international ophthalmology journals.
